The Dynamic Normative Feedback Model (DFNM) offers a full-process approach to feedback. It answers all major questions regarding feedback, starting from how to form it, to how to correct it, to how to deliver it. Providing an extensive set of variables (92), of which 18 are employee-dependent.
The model has been formed by means of extensive literature research from the disciplines of ethics, organisational psychology, management, and HR literature. Secondly, a 199 respondent survey was conducted, supplemented by real-world data from 108 Glassdoor reviews and an exploratory experiment with 15 participants.
The DNFM is a concept of a feedback system designed with ethical considerations as the foundation, with a flexible approach.
